Target-FE驗廠結果等級劃分
Target-FE驗廠的結果是評分制的，分數主要由以下六大部分組成：
- 工具Facilities
- 設備Equipment
- 物料與供應商管理Material And Supplier Management
- 培訓Training
- 質量系統Quality Systems
- 文件控制程序Document And Process Control
Target-FE驗廠需要大于70分，才算通過。具體結果根據得分，可分為以下4個等級：
80-100：Green - Satisfactory
70-79：Yellow - Proceed with Caution
60-69：Yellow - Factory at Risk
59 or below：Red - QA Unacceptable
